Jay Foley

John “Jay” Foley is Chief Operating Officer at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) at Southwestern Regional Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Foley joined CTCA in June 2010 as Vice President of Marketing and Patient Experience. He later served as Vice President of Oncology Patient Services.
Prior to joining CTCA, Mr. Foley had an extensive career in the travel industry, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group. Mr. Foley also served in the Alaska Army National Guard as an airborne medic assigned to a long-range reconnaissance unit.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Saint Michael’s College, as well as an executive master’s degree in business administration from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Foley serves on the board of directors for Tulsa Habitat for Humanity and the Oklahoma Blood Institute, is a member of the Leadership Tulsa Class #53, and is a Susan G. Komen Pink Tie Guy. Mr. Foley and his wife, Nita, also serve as co-chairs of the 2016 Go Red For Women movement for the American Heart Association.
Mr. Foley and his wife have four children. He enjoys traveling with family, playing golf, working on home improvement projects, and being an avid sports fan.
