Hi! My family has been effected by heart disease, as my grandpa suffered from heart disease and a heart attack in his 50s. He had a pace maker that helped him survive for 30 years. I am so grateful for the 6 years I got to spend with him before he passed away in 2010. I am lucky that I even got the chance to meet my grandpa, but many families are not as lucky. Thank you for your consideration and your donation will be greatly appreciated!
